How to raise a support ticket

Go to
KiwiSchools Central
and log in using your school email address
Click Support on the left-hand side of the page
Click New Support Ticket
Choose a department
Fill in the details and Submit. This will then be picked up by our techs.
To check your ticket status you can go to My Tickets on the left-hand side of the page.
