How to raise a support ticket

Support Portal  »  Knowledgebase  »  Viewing Article

  1. Go to KiwiSchools Central and log in using your school email address
  2. Click Support on the left-hand side of the page
  3. Click New Support Ticket
  4. Choose a department
  5. Fill in the details and Submit. This will then be picked up by our techs.
  6. To check your ticket status you can go to My Tickets on the left-hand side of the page.
